Shipping Costs
All artwork is shipped internationally from Singapore in collaboration with JustShip, Singapore.  (https://www.justship.sg/) who use FedEx International Priority(Air) shipping.  We offer complimentary delivery within Singapore for all orders.

 

Shipping Times

We are committed to processing and shipping your order promptly. Here's what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Artwork is typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Estimated delivery times for domestic shipping in 1-2 calendar days and international shipping is 4-6 calendar days.

Packaging

    Your artwork is handled with the utmost care. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure your art piece arrives safely and in pristine condition. All paintings on stretched canvas will be securely shipped to you in the form of canvas rolls packaged within a protective tube (for larger paintings) or in cardboard boxes (for smaller paintings). Framed paintings cannot be shipped overseas at this time. 

    Rest assured, your paintings will be delivered to you in impeccable condition, meticulously packaged with the utmost care. Each artwork will be encased in protective bubble wrap and enclosed within glassine sheets. Additionally, 'FRAGILE' stickers will be prominently affixed to the carefully prepared postal tube or cardboard box.

    Insurance Costs

    It's important to note that the cost of this secure packaging, along with insurance coverage, is already included in the total shipping cost.

    Additional Costs

    For our international buyers, please be aware that any applicable additional  taxes, duties, and border fees are your responsibility. We want to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience for all our valued customers.

    Tracking Orders

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can easily track your order's progress using the provided tracking number. Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.  

    Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. 

    Damaged or Lost Items

    In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

    Returns and Refunds Policy

    Original paintings are non-refundable.  Please read carefully their description and observe all the details in the available product listing, before purchasing. If you wish you may exchange the item for a similar value artwork. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item by notifying us. 

    • To return your order you must let us know within 14 days of reception and have shipped the items within another 14 days.
    • The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box.
    • Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packagesWe reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.
    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The items and their condition are your responsibility until the moment we receive them in our warehouse.
    • We can’t exchange damaged products. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received.
    • Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
